Business Development Representative (BDR)


Your mission

As a BDR (Business Development Representative), your KPI is to book demos on behalf of the Account Executive (AE) with whom you’ll be paired.

You will report to the EMEA Sales Manager and BDR Lead.


Your responsibilities

  • Hunt for prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn.
  • Develop and nurture inbound leads.
  • Book demos on behalf of your AE, for which you get bonuses.
  • Research prospects and maintain a target account list in collaboration with your AE.
  • Support your AE during calls.
  • Social selling.



  • Master’s degree.
  • Bonus for sales experience.
  • Bonus for experience in tech.
  • You can work from our Antwerp office.
  • Fluent English (no other language requirements!)
