What's New in Engage: Many Calendar Improvements
We’ve been busy. This release brings a set of meaningful improvements to how you manage, visualize, and control your campaigns in Engage — from more granular saturation controls to a brand-new calendar view and a handful of fixes that make the day-to-day smoother.
Here’s what’s new.
3-Day Calendar View
The calendar now supports a three-day view, giving you a tighter window into what’s scheduled and when. The three-day view focuses on today, tomorrow, and the day after – everything that’s currently highly relevant.
You can toggle between month, week, and three-day views depending on what you need.
Better Readability on the Calendar View
Previously, long campaign names were being abbreviated. Now we’re showing the full campaign names, and we’ve increased readability through softer colours on the calendar.
Customizable Saturation Levels
You can now define up to 10 saturation levels — up from the previous limit of 3. Each level is fully customizable: set your own color and cutoff percentages to match how your team thinks about audience pressure.
Default levels (low, medium, high) are still there out of the box, and any changes you make reflect immediately across your campaigns.
Smarter Filtering
A new fuzzy search filter lets you find campaigns by name, or search for campaigns within a chosen range of saturation levels. Whether you’re managing a handful of campaigns or hundreds, finding what you need just got faster.
Delete Imported Journeys
Our Import Journey functionality is a very powerful feature for quickly converting a fully fledged Journey in Marketing Cloud to the Engage calendar.
Previously, this was a one-way street; now we can undo such an import and re-import a Journey after you’ve made extensive changes to it.
Performance Improvement
The calendar is now much better at loading large numbers of Sends – perfect for large organisations and very effective marketing teams.
And Much More
We’ve made many more bug fixes and UX touches to improve the app, including better handling of changing data extensions or contact keys, handling long campaign names when importing journeys, loading spinners, better form state management, and more.
These updates are live now. As always, reach out to your Customer Success contact if you have questions or feedback — we’re actively iterating based on what we hear from you.
