To support delivery of our Services, DESelect (and its affiliates as applicable), may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a ‘Subprocessor’). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor. As a condition of permitting a subprocessor to process personal data, DESelect (and its affiliates as applicable) will enter into a written agreement with each subprocessor containing data protection obligations at least as protective as the technical and organizational measures Asana has put into place to protect customer personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access.
