Your missionAs a Sales Manager, your main KPI is to drive ARR (annual recurring revenue) as you build our US Sales team. You will report to the CEO and be able to leverage a richness of existing collateral and training materials to make our US business explode!
- Drive ARR.
- Work together with the CEO to build a full Sales team of AEs, BDRs, SDRs, Sales Ops,… who’ll look to you for leadership.
- Master and improve our sales process, so you can actively coach your team members.
- Collaborate with our strategic partner Salesforce when engaging with clients.
- At least 8 years of sales experience.
- At least 2 years of sales management experience: you had multiple direct reports that you coached, without being an individual contributor.
- You can work from our Austin office.
